Best photo editing app for the iPhone?

What app are most people using here for editing photos on the iPhone these days?

I'm sure I downloaded photoshop years ago and don't remember seeing any of the basic features, like image resize by height/width, reducing the colour palette to a specified number of colours, being able to create GIF images from saved images, etc.

What is most popular at the moment? I don't seem to remember seeing much of anything other than sepia, vivid, etc type filters which are pretty useless.
