TV in Bedroom without Aerial Connection

Looking for what options I have to watch TV in the bedroom without an aerial. So far the only option I can think is to use a laptop and watch it through TV catchup and Sky Go. Is that likely to get buffering a lot?

Any other options with minimal cost as its likely not to be used (its for the Mrs)
