Small smartphone

I currently use a Nokia 301 (with buttons, remember them?(*)) and actually really like it, but could do with a larger screen, and the only way to do that is to go touchscreen.

I've looked at the Samsung Galaxy Young, which is basically for kids, and the Sony Xperia E1, which doesn't get great reviews. They're about the right size, but anything higher specced always has a larger screen, which as I always keep my phone in my pocket I don't want to go much larger than the Nokia.

Any suggestions?


(*) Until a year and a half ago I was still using a Sony Ericsson K800 which, as my colleague kept telling me, was James Bond's phone. In 2006.
