I'm sure I can make a VPN between two BT homehubs...
Discussion
I'm going to try and create a VPN between two BT homehubs. Is this a ridiculous idea? I'm confident it will work but have yet to test it. I just want to access my private network while away at another location, as if it were local to me. Seems like a good idea...
I plan to use these neat little Zyxel Zywall P1s ( link) that I have - one at each end with a pretty standard VPN configured.
The only issue I've got is establishing the VPN. Presumably this requires port forwarding (on the homehubs)? I'm also unsure how best to deal with the lack of static IP addresses?
Tell me this is a good idea??
