EXCEL 2013 - LOST PASSWORD

Is is possible to bypass the password on excel 2013, I cannot for the life of me remember the password I used on a file I need to access

Never used this or even heard of it, is it simple for someone to use who is not particularly pc savvy?

I cant open it....as I password protected it, but for the life of me cannot remember what password, I normally use 1 of 3 but its not any of them so I missed have had a drink when I bloody protected it
