Computer based pranks to do to a remote PC

So... I work in IT, and our receptionist is always playing jokes on me when she passes my desk. Anyway, long story short, she is moving into a new job within the same company, and for her last week, I shall treat her to some PC weirdness!

I am after some inspiration though!

The tricks have to be possible remotely - she uses a laptop which is locked away on a night, so unless I can do it remotely, she will know it is being done.

Thought of a few things, sticking things in the startup folder, remotely shutting down or executing tasks, that sort of thing. But I'm sure a few on here can come up with some amusing things to do, so over to you!
