New Tablet

My Hudle2 is dying, it frequently won't charge and is freezing more and more. Can anyone recommend a replacement ? It is only used for surfing the net, I would like something with the same size screen (or bigger) but don't want to pay iPad money. Thanks.

I do have a Chromebook & it is very good but I do like having a tablet as well.

I replaced my two daughters Hudl 2s with Nvidia Shield K1s after one was refunded when it died and the other started having charging and battery issues. The Shield is much better on all counts really, good screen & speakers, good battery, very quick and they're still releasing new updates to Android unlike virtually all other budget tablets (on Marshmallow 6.02 currently).
