PC or PS4

My PC is about 10 years old now so way behind i have upgraded from time to time.
Playing project cars at the moment the graphics are ok but there struggling to be fair.
Bought a 4K TV and ive turned it down to 1920x1080 to run smoothly.
so where to go pc or PS4 been with pcs for years.

I don't play online just with myself

Spoke with Overclockers and they say the PS4 is scaled down to 1080x1920 which is what I'm on at the moment.
Maybe just upgrade my card to 1080 from 970 gtx but that's £500
Not sure the rest of the pic will hamper it.

I assume as my pc games are on steam there not compatible with a PS4

Just heard that the G27 doesn't work with a PS4

I've always used a PC apart from Gran Turismo which I bought a PS3 for which I now don't use and just collects dust.
Think I'll buy a 1070 card and upgrade the memory from 6 to 12 which is a cheap mod.
All my games are pc and mostly car stuff so I use the wheel I'm not a fps gamer.
