ad blocker no longer works with youtube?

seems youtube has sussed i have ad blocker and is now bothering me to stop it , is there a work around?

tried the brave browser a cpuple of days ago and it worked fine , tonight nothing blocked even if i pause the as blocker

added all those blockers , now its slow as hell , is yours the same?
