Annoying Pop Ups on my PC

Hi Guys,

I have been getting an annoying little pop up ballon on my taskbar at the bottom of the screen that I just can't get rid of. It is advertising Anti Vermins and just won't go away and it keeps popping up every 60 seconds.

It has nestled itself in there. My 'System Alert' warning keeps flashing all the time and this ballon pops up every 60 seconds.

I have Windows XP. I have swept the system for spyware etc but it just does not stop.

Any idea's?
