Huge mistake Nokia

So Nokia are going to use Windows OS for their smartphones and basically dump Symbian. WTF are they thinking going with Windows? (over say, Android) "We're doing really badly, lets team up with someone else who's also doing really badly"? Two turkeys don't make an eagle.
