ML320, winter or all-season tyres?

The wife's ML320 is due some new tyres, it's Pirelli summer stuff that's on there now. It's the family wagon, driven sensibly, so wet/cold/winter performance and longevity are more important than on-the-limit dry weather grip.
I'd prefer not to have two sets of tyres so thought about getting some all-season ones but they're hard to come by in the 265/45/R20 size. Anyone know of any decent rubber for all seasons in that size? Failing that, any winter tyres that are known to last OK and behave well in the (relatively) warmer months?
