SL320

I'm tentatively locking for a low mileage 40k SL320 for under £15k - By my man maths i could probably get a 2007/08 or even a facelift model. I've had a CLK previously, and the main dealer servicing put me off, but the car itself was lovely to drive. Considering, the vehicle will be out of the dealer network, what is the general running costs and whats to look out for ?
