R107 manual and spare key supplier?

I've been hunting on the internet for an owners manual for a 1988 300 SL (R107) and not having much joy

Any suggestions?

I would also like to obtain another duplicate key and wondered if only Mercedes will provide these or whether there are recommended alternatives? (it's just a key with no electronics)
