To venture another solution, why not sell the car and buy an SL55? I can't help thinking you'd spend a great deal of money on the car, and whilst it should / may be a touch quicker in a straight line, you'll limit its appeal when you want to sell it on.
Except I don't like the SL it's too big to throw about (reason I sold my DB9) SLK is far more fun on country lanes etc.
Been guaranteed minimum of 510hp with anything up to 550 achievable & with car thus size that should be great fun. (Currently running 382hp)

How about some nice headers, exhaust work and a eurocharged remap? That should put you at 400-410bhp and the same/similar torque and an awesome noise.

What age is the SLK? Im assuming its a R171, and not a 5.5 R172.
May well do that first as £9k is a bit steep for supercharger.
It's a R171 2009

Manifolds X-Pipe & a Map will certainly get you going in the right direction as will a gearbox map I use Weistec for this & the results are very good, then you could add some cams these give the car an even better top end but they aren't cheap & although I have some fitted you have to be really wanting them considering the overall cost.
Had the X pipe done 30 minutes after collecting it.
I'll look into where Weistec are thanks.
