ML350 - Mercedes Intelligent Lighting

My ML has Intelligent Light System. The dipped beams are set to left hand traffic and to be honest are great on a dark night.
The problem is however, i'm obviously blinding oncoming traffic as I'm continually getting flashes / flicked the bird etc. and it's driving me bonkers.
I've tried switching to right hand traffic but same result. I have tested this against a wall and the lights do move for each side.

Anyone else experience this?
Do my lights need adjusted?
