Any technians willing to cast some light on my merc?

Took my Merc CL into the main dealers today because when i shut the doors, the windows dont go up and join the roof as they should. They told me they couldnt find what waas causing the problem and would need to rebook for further investigation. Charged me £110 and im no better off. Cheers merc!
It seems to have done it since the battery went flat i think. But could be nothing to do with that i suppose. Anyone any ideas?
