early 2000 rust?

I would love to pick up a bargain CL or S from this era, but all seem to be very rusty in adverts, is there any good examples? hoe can you prevent these cars from rusting or is it impossible?

Terrible, why are they so rusty, mercedes are supposed to make good cars lol
