They are being built in Turkey. Perhaps because of Germany's special relationship with Turkey they manage to import them cheaper. The way it appears at the moment buying 1 in Germany and exporting it to the Netherlands makes sense. Profit even. Unless there's a 8k tax on inports.
I can see somebody buying loads of these, registering them in Germany for a day or so, waiting the, I think, 6 months required to make the vehicle pre-owned and then exporting to the Netherlands etc.
