Tyre/Wheel Cover

hello,
Is it worth taking out wheel /tyre cover for my Fiat 500?
I was offered a policy on the car and now I am having second thoughts about the wheel/tyre cover.....
Also offered paint cover too.....
Any thought son whether these are a good idea for the Fiat Lounge - mine is white....think the paint cover could be good idea......
