156 V6 - whats it worth?

I'm looking at trading in my 156 V6 Veloce SportWagon (51 plate). Its got 97k on the clock and I've been offered £2850 for it trade in. What would I be likely to get for it private?

Its good looker in Met Blue with Cream Momo leather and is in pretty good condition with a decent service history.

Is it a sportwagon? The SW seems to go for quite a bit more than the saloon. Actually I cant find another 2.5 SW in the UK under £4k!
