After a look, seems it is possible without conflict, so long as everyone else agrees. Ha, California is the USA's cash cow, that's not gonna happen,.
That's one of the main issues. California pays far more in federal taxes than it receives back in federal funding. Very similar to one of the Brexit arguments.
Trump can't afford to ps off the tech sector too much.

There is a growing movement in California for it secede from the US. It's grown rapidly since Trump was elected. Polls show currently around 1/3rd of Californians are in favor of leaving and there may well be a referendum in 2019.
Is that technically possible?
Isn't the southern states wanting to cede from the Union what caused the American civil war?

Given the state’s knife-edge financial status, any withholding of federal funds by the Trump administration would bankrupt California and many of the state’s local government money eaters, some actually matter!

Maybe it's not a bad thing that around two-thirds of Californians won't let it happen. Arnie will be back to save them. From his legacy.

If so, Trump should be happy to cut it loose.

Nice to see natural news used as a source. That site has more fake news than The Onion..

Because it isn't an assumption, snowflake. You have already done what I said you did. Those facts again. smile
You do realize no two snowflakes are alike ? That each has it's own individuality.
That's what makes them stand apart from the herdes blindly following their leader.
So I very much appreciate calling all those who do not agree with you a snowflake.

I have no doubt votes were stolen. On both sides. US elections are a joke. Bev Harris is also quite interesting to listen to.

They all melt away when a small amount of heat is applied to them.

After that, they are all identical.

Drain that swamp! Drain that swamp!

Nothing to see here, move along

Will this be the most corrupt President in history?

According to the MSM, yes. But that was already a predetermined directive. No one outside of the snowflake set takes it seriously. smile

Stop bloody using 'snowflake'.

It's not big, it's not clever and just shows a lack of any kind of independent thinking. A bit like most Trump supporters.

Irony and hypocrisy are usually somewhere hanging around posts like that.

I'm afraid that you are going to have to get used to it.

The term isn't going away.

For years, lefties have accused anybody who disagreed with them of being racist, ignorant, bigotted. We are fed up with your self-satisfied sense of moral superiority.

The backlash has only just begun.

We have already had Brexit and Trump. In a few weeks we will see a huge change in both France and Germany.
President Le Pen has a nice ring to it.

Even better, she clearly has a good sense of humour, as you can see in this video:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X7le5GPJpbE

She struggles to keep a straight face for a few minutes before giving in.
