So, after months of packing and dismanteling everything ready for the big move to squires gate. workers stood around doing there own thing for months on end. they have finally decided NOT to move. yep, you guessed it, now everything has to be unpacked and rebuilt. can anyone elaborate as to why the sudden change of mind and the total waste of time.

See my post on the other thread regarding the target buildings being ...to cut a long story short...not worth the ground upon which they currently reside, and the semi amusing cat and mouse games being played between St. Nic and Wheeler the Dealer.

As I understand it, what is currently up in the air is what is happening to the Development bods. In theory they should still be going to Lancs, in practice the closest they have got to Lancaster is Guys Court.

As I also understand it, the new deal is staying at Brizzy Ave for 6 months.

No screw up, just a game of brinkmanship going on - bet ya the rent is reduced for the next six months though.

There is a lot of scaremongering about residuals at the moment but having just sold a Chimaera and bought a Griff, values for the best cars seem strong - well in V8 land anyway, not so sure about S6 land, Tamora's are looking frightfully cheap, but then I have no experience of buying/selling those so can't tell if their good/bad or indifferent.
