Well I have just got back from a couple of hours down in Whitehall watching what I can only describe as a fantastic sight. So many TVR's from so may different eras. Congratulations to the organisers and to all those who have travelled from all over the place to take part. clapclapclapclap Talk about London Thunder, wherever you were in Central London today you couldn't fail to hear the general background rumble that was in the air ears thumbup Here are a few pictures:

Nice Pictures there Willo ....

It was rather amusing being in the traffic, especially "further back" in the field. We were stuck in the traffic jam on Picadilly with about 40 other Tiv's all bumper to bumper in the traffic and seeing who could make the most noise !!! thumbup

Even the tourists seemed to be loving it giving us cheers and taking photographs!!!

It was a great day. Never seen Whitehall down to one lane both ways before. Nice of the police to be so tolerant-many thanks to them!

Brilliant day and well done (again) to all the organisers.
The worker with me (Joyce) was absolutely over the moon and after
having her first ever drive in a TVR (worked there for 17 years) said
"I can see why people like them so much"

Whitehall full of TVRs when i got there, and by full i mean packed in both directions, large groups of tourists standing opposite the horse guards. and NOT ONE of them was taking a blind bit of notice of the horse guards which they had travelled so far to see, every single one had cameras pointed at the 4 lanes of tvrs. That alone made me well up slightly. Fantastic day from a onlookers perspective, only wish I could have been part of the parade.

Were you there? Didn't see you and let's face it you could hardly be missed! A cheeky pint in the pub on Whitehall would have gone down a treat!
