I'm sure that when my rotomasters were rebuilt they used t3 internals or t3 cores. As for the pressure aspect either 1 or 2 turbo's can make the same boost so costwise a single is the way to go. Rover pistons will be fine on 6-7 psi but I know they break at 10 psi when used on the track.

If you get stuck I can cast turbo manifold/s for the rover and they have big port entry's (like buick) so will mate to ported heads. Janspeed manifolds were done for the pre sd1 which had tiny ports.

I know one of those Rovers has rust.... lots of it. Click back to the picture of the blue one (Blu-Belle on the number plate) Even in that picture it had rust..... if you look closly you will see that most of the front wheel arch is missing.. though she always takes a good photo... I should know, I own it.
Its off the road at the moment I hope to start restoring it sometime next year. Its a 2600 VDP auto by the way. I polished and ported the cylinder head and inlet manifold a few years ago. I also reduced the valve gaps down to about 0.20mm instead of 0.40mm. The head is now on a 2300 manual which I got for £150 just as a run about.... Boring to drive till you thrape the pants off it... yes, I am trying to blow it up!

Have fun folks.

Im already working on one.... My other 2600VDP. I got it for free a few years ago. I started work on it last year, but with a house move and what not I have put it on hold for a bit. I'll be ready to spray it by March, (I hope)If you want to have a look at it visit www.roversd1.info and click on 'Project Sally' Also on the web site there will be more pics of 'Blu-Belle' hard at work.
A friend of mine runs the web site and knows everything you need to know about the Rover Six cylinder engine.

Have fun,

Lee

One of the automatic Gearboxes in a 2600 has a seal blown which is connected to the intake manifold causing it to drain it`s gearbox oil into the engine giving clutch slip/drive problems....

I`ve seen some nice paintjobs I`m looking to replicate..

and my personal fav...
