Phil

I love the stylish setting of the wheelie bin. It really sets off the cars lines

I dont think a Noble is on the cards just yet. Especially a new one. The depreciation is a little scary.

The old man had gone to get the 456 today so I am hoping for good weather on the weekend so I can take it for a run.

Have you been down to Dick Lovett's on Penarth Road? They have a gorgeous 575, blue with crema leather and a manual box. Absolutely stunning. No price on it though.

Might have to go down in the 456, pretend it's mine and blag some test drives

Davey, they've got an F40 you could blag if you're feeling cheeky enough!

Dick

The F40 was the one I saw last year in MHT in Northleach (their stock has apparently been split between Cardiff and Swindon).

It looks lovely but I'm sure it has gone up in price since it was in MHT.

They also had a nice 355 F1 which had been sold.

Update on the Tubi system - Scuderiasystems sent one yesterday to EH Ferrari but Parcelfarce say there was no-one there to take delivery. EHF are moving premises at the moment but in my experience most couriers don't need much of an excuse for non-delivery.

Anyway, Manu has arranged for another system to be sent to EHF's new address for delivery tomorrow morning from France.

I hope it arrives in time and once again, full marks for customer service Manu

Davey,
Yeah I went into lovetts. I need that F40 so bad.
Sort of forgot to look at the other cars after that.
I'm going to go back down for another look soon.
Hope you enjoy the 456 (hard not too). Me & dastardly will be waiting

The prospect of buying this car is making me younger, and I can prove it. Look what turned up this morning :-

No sensible 41 year old would buy such a thing

Hope the panel gaps on the real thing are a bit better than that!!

Just had a phone call from the Ferrari dealer confirming the new number plates are fitted, the Tubi sysyem is being fitted and my 575M Maranello is being delivered to my home address tomorrow morning on a covered transporter

I'm getting very excited now

If you're interested (and are feeling flush) there's a number plate on Ebay that may interest for £1500

M 55 OGT

which could spell M 550 GT

Spie sounds like you are in for a very nice weekend. I will keep my fingers crossed for nice weather.

Make sure you put lots of pictures up and let us have a full report after your first weekends driving.

Enjoy

I would imagine that would be quite good if Spie was buying a 550 but he's getting a 575...

I've been driving it for most of the afternoon, so it's now quite dirty. I'll be taking some more pictures tomorrow weather permitting, and I'll try and take a video clip so that you can hear the beautiful Tubi sound, but for now these are just a few snaps taken as it arrived.

Ladies and gentlemen, my Ferrari 575M Maranello :-
