go to either : Folli Folle - do nice funky stuff and you will find something in budget there.
or tiffany, sterling silver, sure they have something around £100. she will love it, it's the box ya see. overpriced crap if you ask me, but women do seem to love it.

Franklin Mint can dress it up however they like but I think it's the whole "ornament" thing that makes it a bad idea. Ornaments for anyone under 60 are generally to be avoided.
