Seriously though, I'm going to be lying on my back underneath the Jag trying to work out how the fk you get the gearbox out. Jaguar's own workshop manual is a bit vague on this one (I think you're meant to chuck the car away and buy another if it breaks!!!).

MG is running much better after I stripped and cleaned the carbs on Tuesday. I could take her for the run, but I'd have to set off today! (That and I'm getting overheating problems on the calipers)

Anyhow, fix the Jag, and then I can come out to play with the big boys!

How's the VX?
