I'm hoping some of you are more up to date with the MTB scene than I am (all road bikes now!) and can give me an idea what my 10 year old bike could be worth now. It's a lovely riding full titanium hardtail frame, with Pace RC36 Pro Class 2 forks, Rolf Dolomite rims and a mix of XTR & XT drivetrain and brakes. The build cost £1600 back in 2001 and it's done barely any mileage over the years, either sat in the garage or snubbed for a road bike. I've even still got the original invoice an manuals. My wife is after a new bike and her arthritis is getting progressively worse, so I'm looking at a decent electrically assisted model and need funds. If it is worth anything reasonable then it will go, if not I wouldn't sell for pennies and would keep it as a commuter. TIA!

I'm not sure what it's worth, but I know I like the look of it.

How tall are you / what size is it?

If it's suitable for someone as tall as me, I call dibbs.

Sorry, forgot the frame size - 18" - I'm 6'2" and it's maybe a tad small, would suit someone around 6 foot I would think.

I'd say around £4-500 as a complete bike but you'd get more if you split it and sold everything separately. Worth asking on www.retrobike.co.uk though.

I may be mistaken but the frame appears to be identical to the early Orange Vit-T frame from the late 90's. If it is then it's a nice frame.

Just noticed the Rolf wheels! seriously give it an excellent clean and put it up on RB, see what they say.

It's really very nice indeed.

I had a mid 90s Orange P7 that I sold over on Retrobike, if I remember I think there is a 'what's it worth' section where I asked about the price as I didn't have a clue! Seemed to be honest enough with their advice.
