Hi,
I booked my car into Porsche Nottingham today and was quoted £480 for my 6 year service ( not a major service, just the minor one )
When they had my car they called back to say the brake fluid needs changing every 2 years and is an extra £150. If this is the case why isnt it quoted for in the price of a service which also needs doing every 2 years? Also, the drive belt needs changing at another £80.

Is this correct or are they trying to extract more cash when it should be included in the cost of a service

Sounds about right to me, the brake fluid, spark plugs, aircon and drive belt are all seperate items...

The service can be needed due to mileage, rather than time. The brake fluid change is purely time based.
