I have tried to contact Jon Olsson on his website but he has no contact information.
I have even called up ADV1 who did the rendering design for him but they said they only did the computer graphics not the actual bodywork.
Does anyone know where I can buy something like that or have it made?

Have you tried a PM through his profile?
His web site does not have an email but there are Facebook and twitter links.

Someone to do the build for you would be Steve Smith here in the UK.

I want to get myself a full custom body. I have a friend who makes all carbon stuff. Obviously can do FRP too, but if I am going to do it, might as well do it right. He does a lot of work in the GT series here.

I want to make a set of body panels modeled around a Bentley Speed 8 or Toyota GT-ONE personally. That kind of style.

Anyway, cut a long story short. Estimated cost at the moment is between 30-40k AUD including modeling, molding, fabrication, fitting etc. That's an estimate after me asking "How much for a custom body?". So could be less, not a firm quote at this stage. Made from dry carbon too, so its going to be LIGHT. Obviously price goes down if it's not just a once off for me. Shipping international on top.

So if anyone else in interested in working on this project with me, I'm happy to collaborate with people to design a body together. Let me know via PM.

This is some example of my friends work.

That carbon fiber looks good. Can he also do the carbon that has a gloss finish?
This is something I’m interested in but the price is out of my budgetfrown. would the price go down if we had enough people together?
I mainly need more Air directed to the engine from the side scoops and from the top since my car will be operating in temperatures that can reach up 50C or 132F. Plus I will have turbos that need inter coolers and such. This is why I need a modified body so it’s more of as functional kit not one that is just for show.

Why would you want the 'gloss' carbon when he can do the 'matt' carbon wink

If you want to make it look good. Like something crossed between the front on the racerx design and the front on an SL-C for instance I would be all over it.

Hey Jon - shame the car didn't make the Gumball. Have you resolved the issues?

Oh boy, I wish I could afford a set of Olsson panels for my Can Am build! (If indeed there is a Can Am option, LOL!)

the wide body version is a great improvement on the earlier remodelling job.
were there any chassis mods to get that front end to fit?
is the tack widened? if so, how do you find the handling now?

That one indeed!

Is that photo from me, originally?

I am too 'powerfully built' to fit in that though, sadly frown

I really, really wanted it!

If you mean the red one (Farboud) it was on an Ultima chassis!

I want that red one with different headlights. OMG

how did they get the wheel archs so high though? Seems like an ultima would never be that low.

anyone who has driven an ultima of even modest height will already know that lowering the roof height as on the porker lookee-likee would be a nightmare, certainly wouldnt be able to wear a helmet in there. It also called for quite a few chassis mods to make it fit also. Jons development is far better looking anyway IMO.

Saw this in a TopGear Australia magazine today.

It's a new body for an MC4-12C chassis. I think it looks AWESOME. I think something similar could be made for an Ultima chassis with little mods.
