Virus inserting links on web pages - help!!

I seem to have acquired a virus / malware that I can't shift. It will highlight common words such as "money", "computer" and other less common words and turn them into green links with a green line underneath. When you mouse over the link the following pop up appears:

So far I have run Malwarebytes, TrendMicro Housecall, spybot search and destroy and its still here!!
Anyone got any idea on what it is and how to make it f

Internet Explorer?
You have an addon installed. You probably clicked yes in a misleading dialogue box somewhere which, since it means you did ask it to install, means it's not counted as a virus really.

It's not actually a virus but it's been embedded in the websites. Here's a link to disable it http://www.textsrv.com/optout.php

Thank you, I have done that. The website the screenshot was taken on was Pistonheads, and I have never seen anything like that on here before.Gassing Station | Computers, Gadgets & Stuff | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
