I'm looking to purchase a good or new set of rocker covers for my 2.9 S2. Can anybody help advise me where I can purchase a set as the ones on the car are corroded and need to be replaced. Alternatively if you have a set for sale then please let me know.

Many thanks to all.

Simon.

If it is only surface rust, rather than buying a new set you could always get your's either chromed or powder coated?
In my experience, powder coating is the cheaper option.

Alternatively, you could paint them.

Unfortunately they have corroded so bad they have holes through on the lip that seals against the rocker gasket. Unfortunately they are going to have to be replaced.

Thank anyway

Had a quick browse on the net and they appear to be very rare, best bet is probably Ford specific forums/sites and breakers yards or could you get the holes spot welded and then ground them down and hammerite it?

Found this, could be expensive though

Hi.I have a set which I started to strip for repainting then I found a nice set powdercoated on Ebay and did nothing further with others. There is no corrosion in them, just need cleaning up. If you are interested please PM me.

I have 2 sets lurking in my garage my original set which are O.K
and the pair I replaced them with, which are painted with hammerite in bluethese are also O.K.
I replaced these with a set of polished alloy ones, happy to send you a set for the cost of postage

Hi, There is a new set on e-bay that are unused. If you enter Ford rocker covers and scroll through you should find them.
