Photo Challenge - November 2011 - After Dark - Discussion

This thread is for discussing this month's photo challenge. The theme I've chosen is After Dark, mainly because from a pure selfish point of view, night time photography is what I like most.

Something I've never got round to asking re the challenge. Has to be shot current month, have to post exif alongside - that's cool. Is there a 'position' on PP?

I suppose it depends on how you interpret the phrase "It should be shots that everyone is capable of achieving with the bare essentials" - Some sort of image processing software is IMO pretty much essential in this day and age of digital photography, and most of us on here use LR, PS or something similar.

I think it's something the PH Photo Collective should discuss for the future...I'm sure someone more qualified to answer will be along soon....

I'm sure if no PP was allowed, 4hero would have mentioned it in the rules when he started this challenge. As already said, it's pretty essential nowadays. Can't see an issue with it myself

Ahhh thank you - thickie moment from me - I wondered if it might be something like that but couldn't guess what the letters stood for.

No worries. I should know better, I HATE acronyms! Just moved to job in financial services (or FS to them and them)
