with stock tyres on (adrian had 295's so lower top speed) we can technically get above 200mph on the limiter with our extended rev limits like Adrian.
Done nearly 190mph in the Ultima through the timing lights at brunters and faster than that in less legal circumstances.
Think I have more chance of hitting it in the M5 if I take the limiter off
gonna give it a go at brunters in the summer in the noble, might even slap a couple of 285/35/18's on to help it on a bit

178 and still pulling hard in the porker. Had to slow down because of hole in the runway ahead. I've been down one hole at Brunters this year with fairly disastrous consequences and didn't fancy going for the double.
I'm sure on the main runway at Brunters 200 would be within reach. Might have to shed a few pounds first.

Slightly off topic but this made me think.
A mate of mine is into drag racing on a bike. He chooses the Street Bike class and has done
203 mph in 7.6 seconds. I asked him "with the right gearing and a long enough piece of tarmac
how fast would your bike go?" This bit suprised me "about 260 mph and then the back wheel
would just spin up as the air resistance overcame the grip at the rear end" Phew. Scarey.
