Whether you've panic bought or not, how long will you last come the panic induced fuel crisis / zombie armageddon?

Basically, total range for your fleet?

I've not bought any petrol for a bit, but I think I've got about 800 miles before the planet wins and I can't drive any more.

Maybe 250 miles; both cars are just under half full.

Currently got 3 gallons left in my 10.99 gallon tank, so around 100 miles.

Better fill up eek

I filled up yesterday morning, didn't have any queues to contend with or empty pumps thankfully. I can do 500 on a tank so that should be a couple of weeks worth.

At present I have enough fuel between 3 cars to cover my commute for about 2 weeks, assuming my wife does very little mileage in that time.

My Focus has around 200-250 miles worth of unleaded in it.
The wife's Octavia has around 550 miles of diesel.
My weekend car, which I'd rather not use for commuting, has around 250 miles worth of super in it.

I reckon I could squeeze 1,000 miles if I was sensible... the Mondeo does 600 per tank normally, and if I slowed down I could stretch that close to 700 and the 996 does 320ish on a run (200ish round town!).

Had to fill the car recently so with what is left in the bike if I got that back on the road I might be good for 700 miles overall, maybe.

Not looking for any supercharged V8 interceptors with custom tanks on Autotrader just yet.

I have to meet my dad at a football match tomorrow in Cambridge, a quick google search says it's a 110 mile round trip. I have enough to do about 130 miles in the tank so next week I will be cycling to work and keeping well away from petrol stations.

On the red this morning as usual for a Friday, so well enough to get home tonight.

Picking up a new car tomorrow, so hopefully it'll have a decent tankful. smile

about 1300miles if I fill everything to the brim, 1800 if I mess about siphoning from one car to another. My total fuel tank capacity is about 55 gallons.

I currently have about 800 miles worth of fuel.
