This has already been mentioned on the main Chatsworth thread, but thought I would separate it out to catch peoples attention! Mike (itsallyellow) is racing in the first round of the GT Cup at Donnington on Saturday, 28th April - there is qualifying and a race on the Saturday, but I don't know the timings. I expect that Mike will be along shortly. Either way, I am planning to leave the Cambridge area and run up to Donnington to see Mike and watch some racing, before continuing on to Chatsworth. Just wondered if anyone else was thinking about doing the same? And shall we hook up en route perhaps?

Hi Nicky, we had thought about doing the same. Was also speaking with redspike66 at the weekend, and they were also considering doing the same. Would be good to get a strong TVR presence to support Mike

Hi all,
The timetable has not been released yet so will post it up as soon as I know.
Would be great to have people supporting us there. Silverstone last year was brilliant having well over 25 of you there to cheer us along!

I now have a timetable for next weekend,
Saturday:
Quali 11:40
Race 1 16:40
Sunday:
Race 2 11:40
Race 3 16:15
Not long now! Car is going to power on Monday for a final check up and i cant wait to get behind the wheel. It's going to be so intresting seeing how the cerb shapes up compared to the Macca and 458's, the Porsche 997's will be quick as well.
All the events from the weekend including pictures and possitions will be posted live on our facebook page cerberav8racing.

@Grahamn - that would be great MG! @sparkesp - Of course! @itsallyellow - if that is your wish, then yes, it can be lemon drizzle (is that 'cos it's yellow?  ). @Gazzab - looking forward to seeing you! It's been too long

Sorry but i have looked through the racing drivers book of excuses and i cant see "it was my fault as the tyres and car were good" excuse anywhere so that surley cant happen! :-) Less than a week to go! Nigel, you don't wanna be parking in any field whatsoever for the next week or so - you will get rather stuck !

Mike, I hate to tell you, but the outer parking at Donny is on grass, or should that be mud  There is quite a bit of hard area inside the circuit, but presumably most of this will be taken up by the racers.

Well it was a field to park in!
Great racing from Mike. Unfortunately he span at the first corner. Ended up at the back of the pack. Made for great entertainment as Mike made his way through the pack (like a hot knife in butter).
Mike ended up sixth. A great result although mike wasn't exactly pleased to come sixth!
The strength of the opposition is scarey! Mosler and Aquila being more like Le mans prototypes.
Good to see mike see to the 911s, M3s and the odd Ferrari. The Mclaren wasn't there. Hope to see mike see to the Nissan next time.
