I live pretty much next door to Chatsworth. What local area / town are you looking at for weather? The geography there is pretty hilly and so the weather is often totally different in and around the 'Edges' than in the nearish towns.
Check the long range forecast from the Met Office :/ Obviously things might change, so lets all pray together.ShiDevil said:

Chatsworth...i'm less concerned about a little rain at Chatsworth, but more grumpy about 2.5 hours, driving across country with it pissing it down all the way. I think our little group (about 5-6, from our local town) will make a call the day before as to whether we go or not. Super Down if we have to miss it.As I say the weather in that area is often very different to the surrounding areas as it's in a valley.
Who is the god of weather? I'm going to start sacrificing local wildlife

Oh dear. Poor old Spongy and his lovely Cerbera look set to miss 2 years in a row
Why? i hope not after all his hard work
Any way 10 days away they can't predict 1 day ahead let alone a week and a bit. It's ok i will be leaving all that rain behind in the shire before i am south bound
