This one is built entirely OOB. Tricky to assemble the finished body onto the finished chassis, but it got there in the end. I decided to make the pop-up light innards black instead of the correct red, as the red looked a bit toy-like. I think this build is only so-so compared to some I've done. I was starting to dislike it towards the end, so I'm glad it's complete. It came from Ebay for £6 and only a few parts were missing - the exhaust tips, the mirror part of the mirror, and one of the items on the alternator belt, which can't be seen when assembled. Not bad.

The Testarossa is an awkward car to photograph, the wide rear makes it look like broken perspective half the time. Only the first photo makes the car look cool, to my eyes. Not one of Ferrari's finer efforts really, but if the 1980's were a car, they'd be this one.

Excellent effort - nice paint finish by the look of it.

I used a Tamiya rattle can this time instead of a Halfords one. The Tamiya paint is so much more forgiving.

Nice job. I built that kit as a spotty teenager but didn't make half as good a job as you've done.
