Just a wee note to all the Clan and forum members.

I have just heard that Kyle Stock (K15TOX) has passed away at the weekend. I have posted on his Facebook page our thought go our to his family and friends but i just wanna say he was a good guy and iam glad i meet him.

Kyle was a founding member of the Scottish guys meeting once a month and we have been meeting now for over 2 years.

Mind the first meet in a car park freezing and going to Macdonalds for our meal, we have come a long way but thanks mate for dragging me and Roger out that nite.

R.I.P Kyle

Just got texted about this. Rememeber too that Kyle was a serviceman who put himself in harms way for our safety and security and IIRC did at least one tour in Afganistan. For that he has all our sincere respect. Again, I'm sorry to hear of the circumstances and at such a young age. Hope the family can be supported all round, even from an effort on here maybe?

Can anyone find out what the arrangements are? I'd like to go up there as a mark of my respect.

Gutted! Kyle was a real gentleman and a brave man(bomb disposal). He was a true enthusiast and loved his cars.He was technically gifted and an entertaining driver.
Proud to have known him and spent time in his company.
Loved the big smoking sideways exit he made from the carpark in Selkirk on one of the Scottish runs. Thinking of you and your family Roger.

GSD text me this morning and told me and he is in contact with a family member about the details of the funeral. Will ask for him to post them up.

damn it, what kind of sense is there in this, young guy spends years putting his life on the line protecting others, finally serves his time and leaves to get on with enjoying a more normal life only to have it all taken away. A thoroughly decent young guy and a genuine petrolhead. Thoughts are with his family and girlfriend.

Had the pleasure to meet Kyle about 18 months ago at Catterick as we were both leaving the Forces at around the same time. He actually asked the other members of the class to help him push his car out of the snow, and I got a pleasant surprise when I saw it was a lovely blue Monaro!

To say I'm shocked is an understatement!!

May I ask how it happened?

Never had the oppurtunity to meet but we are all one big family here. My thoughts are with the family in this sad time. How about some kind of send off on the national meet? Maybe to far away but just a thought.
