F10 Headlight adjust for Europe. Xenons
Discussion
For the early (pre-week 9/2011) F10/F11 there was a switch/toggle behind the headlights (accessible through a panel in the wheel arch) that you flipped to block out the offending part of the beam. The instructions in the 'older' manual are: 1) switch off ignition! 2) remove cover for low beam headlights, see pg 274. 3)to switch the headlights over, move the red lever diagonally upwards.
In the 'facelift' models (post week 9/2011) there's no such facility the headlights are designed with a 'flatter' beam that can be used in all countries with the risk of blinding anyone. Just have to make sure you put the headlights in normal (not auto) mode. The instructions in the 'newer' manual are: (page 92) says "Left hand/Right hand traffic"..."Xenon headlight. Light distribution of the headlights automatically avoids dazzling of the low-beam headlights when driving in a country in which the traffic drives on the opposite side"

And I am fairly sure that applies to non xenon equipped cars as well. Took the cover off under the arch today and there is no red lever so I can only assume that with xenons you don't need to adjust them.In the 'facelift' models (post week 9/2011) there's no such facility the headlights are designed with a 'flatter' beam that can be used in all countries with the risk of blinding anyone.
