Hi
I was hoping that we could have some food outside with the Tea's and Coffee's
But the Hotel can't help because they are doing food all day in the Hotel!
So if you want food from Sann's to hot snacks you can order them at the bar!
Sorry it the best I can do.
They will not let us have a bugger/fish bar on site which would be great!

I was concerned as to what sort of a gathering this was going to be; my first fest and it could have been a baptism of fire, kind of a Johnny Cash, burning ring of fire moment flashed to the front of my mind! Burgers??? Oh my God! Whatever next? Candy floss and bouncy castles? Lets have some health foods. Salads, vegetables and fruits!

Tony. TCB. Tony That's what somebody has asked for! So we try and please everybody if we can! Mark I don't think you understand the Hotel provide food, they let us do the evening function as a concession. To allow other outside cattering is not allowed. That's why Adam does his wine raffle to get round the the Hotel charging for drinking of alchol not provided by them. As it's won in a raffle they can't stop that! As all establishments like hotels and show sites only allow cattering were they get a take from. So sorry no sandwiches from a sandwich bar unless you want to go out and buy them your self! Then they can't stop you! The cost of food at the Hotel is not as cheap but that's what you have to pay if you are on there ground! Andy

Hi Andy...I understand fully..They are a hotel!!..Oh well gold plated cheese & Pickle it is then...Maybe next year organise a burger van 20 yards up from the main gate.. Mark...This is the wedge forum, There are no hairdressers here mate..I hope you have got your rusty head on as thats the only initiation you will need to partake in..

Mind you if the weather was to turn to hotty and sunny I would not mind an Ice cream van then that would make sense!
Mark (Mr Zig) if you want to organise the fest next year then please step up and do it! Then you can have as many burger and other vans as you want down the road!
