Hi,

Last weekend my car had stopped in the middle of road, and after spending 2-3 wondering what actually happen (someone managed to stole my wallet!!), I found that the throttle cable was disconnected.

I managed to put it back at the throttle body (called butterfly or etc.), but it is very loose. Ican still drive up til now, but I don't want my car to stop in the middle of the road again.

The workshop told me I have to get a new body, as supplier don't sell them separately. What should I do now??

Anyone with experience can help me? I will appreciate it a lot. Thanks!

Are you looking for an answer other than "buy a new body then"?

Visit a scrapyard, call a breaker or buy one off ebay.

Or buy a new one.
