Oliver and John asked what your BHP was and were a bit surprised that your car had the higest BHP of the cars on the RR!

Great seeing you and the car, please come again next year!

I met oliver on the friday evening when i went out to cover delilah..At first i thought it was a guest from the hotel out admiring the wedges..I said good evening to him as he was staring at my wedge smoking a cigarette and nodding..I opened the bonnet to check some fluids and he walked over..Looked in the engine bay and said "Whats that".."You could eat your dinner off that"..He then asked if i like the car..I said "No..I love it".."Her names delilah, Like the song" He laughed and nodded..But i still didnt know who it was...As i opened the drivers door to open the boot he asked if he could just check something???..I said "Of course"..He then proceeded to feel the veener arm rest trim and then said "Cor..They still feel good after all these years"..I did start to wonder if he was a little bit "Whey..Little bit "Woo"..But he then held out his hand and said "Oh im oliver by the way"..He then said " This is a real wedge, Not like them over there"...Pointing at the V8s..hehe..We then went to the bar for a drink and he proceeded to tell us loads of stories from when he worked at lotus and TVR..He is without doubt a true character..Slighty mad and eccentric..loves a drink and a laugh..And tells you how it is..I find it strange how the owners of wedges are very similar to its creator..He is a fascinating chap and i for one would love to see him again..Look what he wrote on ian's glovebox.."Glad you enjoy it..I did"..Top bloke...Ziga
