Laptop won't start! :/

Everytime I turn my laptop on it comes up with an error message (see photo)
It's a Dell Inspiron 1545 running vista.. Any ideas?

Most likely, but not definite, it is a bust hard drive.

Probably hdd but could be a CD or USB stick if boot sequence has one of those first. If the lappy has been dropped but could be a loose connection, probably hdd but that would usually be intermittent with the odd boot.
