only a two car garage - lol, I would dream of a two car garage to do this in.
I had to rent two off the local council and they were 100 metres apart.

The guy I am currently on tour with has a pretty cool garage in Pennsylvania - it houses an '80 911 SC, a '65 356 and a 2.0 L 914 (the latter 2 housed one above the other on a lift. It also houses an X5, 2 motorbikes, gun cabinets (they like that kind of stuff over there) a fully fitted workshop and the best bit, the facility to wash any of the vehicles inside in winter. Had a tour via FaceTime - made me very envious!
He don't gotta website though y'all.

On tour with guys from Pennsylvania? A music act? Is Ed Kowalczyk out on the road?
Unrelated to that, the servers that hold the website are still belching smoke from the wave of overseas visits. Pistonheads is big.

Awesome. I'd live in a garage like that. All that's missing is a fridge in the corner full of beers!!

But speaking of beer, here's a clip that was cut out of my 2001: A Space Odyssey classy-as-hell presentation video for the lift. You'll notice a Guiness in the operator's hand. I had to hide down behind that bench and hold two bare wires together because I was bypassing the controller for the lift. All in the name of art. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OeNJP06LtYEAnd here's the clip it was part of making: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9taIj0qw5SM

That's a great job you've made and I'm somewhat jealous. Question: I've been looking at lock together plastic flooring for my garage but it looks like you have ceramic tiles? Discuss... SM

Brilliant garage - I spent quite a bit of time stepping through your website !
Also loved your shed...need to do something similar (probably next year given all the lousy weather) but my carpentary skills wouldn't extend that far, so will have to pay someone !!!

I've got the interlocking stuff, it's very good. Easy to put down but at approx £25 /m2 not cheap. Cost me over £2k to do my garage, the second time I've used it. Very tough, never had a damage issue but it suffers from tyre stain, especially on lighter colours. BTW Jack, love your garage but where do you keep all your rubbish? , you know, the mower, garden furniture, all the things that will be needed 'one day'?

That's what sheds are for Just need to teach the wife to wipe her feet properly when walking through.

Ones I have seen are cheaper but obviously lower quality. Is it platic or rubber or something else? And £2k! You must have a very big garage!
