Hi all,
Not sure if this is the right section but I desperatly need to transfer some money, and need to do it by 'electronic banks transfer'. Is it like a chaps or bacs? Do I have to pay? The payment will be sent from a Halifax account if that helps. How does this work?

It is just a another phrase for a bank transfer.
You can log online and do it very easily - and it's free.

Thanks for the reply. Do you know if it can be done over the phone if I have the other companys bank details etc?
