And every new thread which is resurrected or created is also closed and deleted, which is a bit drastic in my opinion but the Mods have spoken.

It was closed as it seemed that it required near constant baby sitting for the entire time the topic was active, the message wasn't getting though despite thread bans, forums bans, sin bins, binned tages, editing, emails etc and when someone went OTT with disability memes we decided the line was crossed and we'd had enough and removed it. I hope this answers your question.
