Hoping someone can help with an issue I have with my wife's 1991 Eunos 1.6 auto.
It's an excellent car and runs really well but has a really irritating problem before it warms up. When cold it feels like it wants to stall, the revs are slightly erratic but once warm it runs beautifully.
Before I take into my local independent I wondered if anyone had any ideas.
I have recently had some work done on it including cambelt kit, water pump, thermostat & housing and temperature sensor - not sure if this is relevant but the car didn't display any erratic running when cold previously!
Thank you in advance.

I'm not an expert here at all, but I have a feeling that when the battery is disconnected for some time, the ECU takes a while to relearn it's configuration. Keep driving it and it may get better. I'll see if I can find a reference to this somewhere.

Try swapping the temp sensor out for the old one. Maybe the wrong gap on the plugs as well?
