Hi guys I have had my SP6 Cerbera for 3 years but have never connected the ECU to my computer with the correct software as not being a PC expert I was worried about screwing things up. But now I feel the need. The lead is for sale at a few of the specialists for about £50 + postage! but before I jump in, does anyone have one they want to sell, or can you tell me where I might get one cheaper as It seems a hell of a lot for a cable! My Cerbera is a 2003 Speed Six My Pc is running Windows Vista My PC has a RS232 port and usb (it is a 5 year old Dell) Here is a picture of my ecu, I take it the lead connects to the 3 pin plug? but if so what is the 2 pin plug for??

If you find out what you need mate before tomorrow i can acquire data cable resistors and 9 pin D for free for you and knock you one up for Hee haw and bring it along to the next Meet ( I will be home for it) I will need to know ASAP as i will be coming home friday.
If it is the same as the AJP lead no issues as i have a diagram for that but if not i am sure i can knock something up for you and i can bring my little netbook along to the meet to test it out for you. If that is any help £50 is OTT more like £10 worth of bits tops.

Thanks Getsis, Scotty, I think some of the V8s share the same ECU as the Speed Six but in true TVR style they are variations. I don't have a clue what I need but I will have a look through some old threads and see if I can find out. I am not in any rush for it but just think it would be good to have and would help me understand the engine a bit better.
